Position: Distribution Manager

Technical Competencies:

People management and customer relationship management

Certified Supply Chain Professional or Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution is advantageous

Leadership Competencies:

Ability to coach and develop teams

Performance management and capability development

Change leadership in a lean transformation environment

Experience :

5-8 years in Distribution Management or strong supply chain management- experience in poultry/livestock company is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities.

Manage all distribution functions in raw materials, finished goods, dispatch, returns, and waste loading

Manage all stores and finished goods warehouse

Plan and optimise the off-loading of trucks

Maintain stock accuracy and quality

Establish and maintain all distribution standards

Comply with customer mass customisation and unique demands

Reduce supply chain waste across raw materials and finished goods dumps/waste
