Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care: Provide basic nursing care, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, and ensuring patient comfort.
• Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Patient Observation: Observe and report changes in patients' conditions to the Registered Nurse or Medical Officer.
• Health Education: Educate patients and families on basic health practices and care plans.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate nursing records, including observations and interventions provided.
• Infection Prevention: Adhere strictly to infection prevention and control protocols.
• Wound Care: Assist in wound dressing and basic nursing procedures.
• Patient Support: Assist patients with mobility, hygiene, and feeding needs.
• Emergency Response: Assist in emergency situations as part of the nursing team.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure integrated patient care.
