Outbox Uganda Limited is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Team Principal with the dynamic and fast-paced activities of Outbox. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient operations, effective communication, and seamless coordination between the Team Principal and other members of the team. You must be able to multi-task efficiently, handle working in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with uncertainty. This role serves as the eyes and ears of the Team Principal, connecting organizations, projects, and critical business information to the Team Principal. Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we rely on the executive assistant to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations
