As we continue to expand, we are actively seeking highly motivated Executive Sales Associates to be part of our inaugural B2B sales team.

Job Description:
Role Overview:
The Executive Sales Associate (B2B) will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the B2B sector. This individual will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify and research potential B2B clients and industries.
• Generate and qualify leads through market research and networking.
• Build a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to provide effective solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor and serve as the main point of contact for clients.

Solution Presentation:
• Present our products/services effectively, highlighting their value and benefits.
• Tailor product offerings to match client requirements.
• Provide insightful demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiation and Closing:
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.
• Close sales deals and secure long-term partnerships.
• Ensure all documentation and paperwork are completed accurately.
• Market Insights:
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
• Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to enhance our offerings.
• Attend industry events and conferences as needed.

Qualifications:
• Tech savvy / Ability to adopt
• Passion for B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex solutions.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
