MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Certificate of Incorporation, URSB, NSSF, URA (TIN, VAT, TCC) Registrations

Proof of registration on the Petroleum Authority of Uganda's National Supplier Database (NSD)

Compliance with the Petroleum National Content Regulations, 2016, definition of Ugandan Company

Company Profile, Auditor's financial statements for the past 3 financial years and a Letter from your banker(s).

At least 3 years of demonstrated experience and financial capacity in delivering such services.

Ensure submission of all relevant statutory permit/license, certificate & Registration copies to facilitate the requested scope of work for Tools and Equipment

Evidence of a Quality Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management system including OSHA

Valid ISO: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or equivalent (as applicable).
