EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PROVISION OF VOCATIONAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (CFT REF: RFP-CUL-LD-00673).

CNOOC Invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from professional competent companies for provision of vocational development program whose main scope shall include the following
Mapping, decation and selection of the cohort trainee
Designing a vocational skills capacity checkist and neds assessment questionnaires to deny choice of vocational skill area to be pursued by the beretsadee
Identify and partner with Vocational skills training providers who can provide community based trainings in vocational skills
Design and apprenticeship strategy which will guide the Implementation of the vocational skills training
Develop a selection criterion which is competitive, fair and non- discriminatory which will be the basis for the selection of the
Review axisting training materials and develop and compile a training pack that covers all vocational training courses as selected by the bon
Develop community based vocational training material Mobilize project beneficiaries for the training
Deliver community based vocational skill training to the selected beneficiaries
Monitoring Evaluation and Reporting:
Support the trainees to form groups in line with their chosen vocational training courses
Train the selected beneficiates in the skills, group dynamics business development and entrepreneurship
My Provide basic tools to individual trainees or groups of trainees for use to practice their vocational skill
Performance and/or provision of similar services, products and/or equipment in Uganda, East Africa or international Operational capacity to provide the scope of services, products and ar equipment;
Financial capacity to undertake the eventual contract
Compliance with the Local and National Content statutory laws and regulations of the Government of Ugandaa
Possession of relevant cecation llicensing from the regulator as well as other national and international codes
Possession of relevant certification llicensing from national and international bodies
EOG from suitable partnerships and consortium ventures for the provision of the required services and/or equipment are encouraged. Preference shall be given to suitably qualified in country registered entities demonstrating commitment to statutory National Content requirements for all and gas operations Bidders should strictly comply with Regulation 9 (Priority of Ugandan goods and services during procurement) and Regulation 10(Contract for goods and services to be excluately provided by Ugandan izens and companies) of THE PETROLEUM EXPLORATION DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION (NATIONAL CONTENT) REGULATIONS, 2016. Any non- compliance may lead to direct disqualification and bidders should solely bear all the risks and consequences caused by the non- compliance
Parent company and its subsidiary are not allowed to participate In the bidding for the same lot (pection) of a tender, or a tender not spitting into lote (sections). Othersee, both the parent company and its subsidiary's bidding propose shall be treated as null and vold.

Minimum Requirements:
Registration on the National Supplier Database (NSC) maintained by the Petroleum Authority of Uganda for service providers in the Oil & Gas sector
Experience of GHS policy, procedure and process in compliance with the Ugandan petroleum regulations, the IPC Performance Standards and the national industry standards
Fully completed PQ documents shall be submitted on or before 1600hr/4pm (EAT/GMT+3) of February 12, 2024 (Closing Date & Time)
Request for Proposals will be issued to those who have successfully passed the Pre-qualification stage
