TotalEnergies EP Uganda (COMPANY), in its capacity as Operator of Contract Area (CA) 1 and License Area (LA) 2, in conjunction with its Joint Venture Partner(s) invites experienced and reputable contractors to express their interest in providing Community Agriculture Initiatives covering Villages in Buliisa, Nwoya, Kikuube, Pakwach and Hoima Districts in the Albertine Graben Region of the Republic of Uganda. These activities will be implemented as part of the Project's impact mitigation initiatives.

The Community Agriculture Intitatives will include, but not be limited to the following:

• Crop improvement services (Cassava, Maize, Rice, Fruits and Vegetables etc.)
• Livestock improvement services
• Agricultural extension services

Each district will have all the mentioned deliverables developed in varying ways during the Project.

Minimum requirements:

1. At least 5 years of providing similar services in Uganda with proven project management capability.
2. Current registration to; or application to be registered to; the National Supplier Database
3. Compliance with National Content Regulations and 2016 Upstream Petroleum Regulations.
4. Must have suitable, qualified employees and experienced in provision of the above said services.
5. Be registered with NSSF and with all required insurances for the vendor and its employees
6. Adequate financial capacity to undertake the eventual contract
7. Compliance to National and internationals laws and oil and gas international standards
8. Must have an appropriate HSE Management system, Quality Policy and related procedures in compliance with local and international standards

Interested Companies that meet the minimum requirements and have the capability to provide the services listed above, should request for a pre-qualification questionnaire by sending an email to: EP.PREQUALIFICATION-UGEP@totalenergies.com  A pre-qualification questionnaire will be sent through TotalEnergies' official e-sourcing platform SAP-ARIBA. Submission of completed pre-qualification questionnaires through Total Energies' official e-sourcing platform SAP-ARIBA shall be on or before 17h00 Kampala time on Friday 27th January 2023.

Note: Only prequalified Companies will receive invitations to submit bids in furtherance of the Call for Tender process. The pre-qualification and later Call for Tender will be issued via Company's official e-sourcing system SAP-ARIBA
