EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROVISION OF CASED HOLE E-LOGGING SERVICES FOR THE TILENGA CA-1 & LA-2 NORTH DRILLING AND WELL INTERVENTION CAMPAIGN REFERENCE: IA030054

Total Energies EP Uganda (COMPANY) as Operator of Contract Area (CA)1 and License Area (LA) 2 North, in conjunction with its Joint Venture Partner(s), invites experienced and qualified companies/entities to express interest in the Provision of Cased Hole E-Logging Services, specifically: production/injectivity logging, caliper logging, cement bond logging (CBL) and other auxiliary services for Tilenga CA-1 & LA-2 North Drilling and Well Intervention Campaign in Uganda.

Brief Description of the Scope of Services:

Company intends to issue a future Call for Tender for the Provision of Cased Hole E-logging services, specifically: production/injectivity logging, caliper logging, cement bond logging (CBL) and other auxiliary services during drilling and well intervention operations scheduled to commence Q1 2027 to be performed on Tilenga CA-1 & LA-2 North in Uganda.

The objective of this future contract is to provide cased hole e-logging tools and equipment, together with qualified personnel and operational support facilities within the permit area.

Following requirements to be demonstrated:

• Cased hole (e-line) technology, tools and software with field proven experience.

• Availability of experienced field service personnel to support operations.

• Organisational, Technical, Financial, Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements to set-up and operate the above-mentioned services, compliant with industry & COMPANY standards.

COMPANY seeks to identify a company possessing or capable of providing cased hole e-logging services during Drilling and Well Intervention operations. The supplier shall comply with COMPANY’s technical requirements to perform the operations efficiently. It must consider environmental constraints and establish a set up within the proximity of the Industrial Area. Potential bidders shall be encouraged to submit bids with technical efficient technologies, proposed to achieve COMPANY’s requirements and objectives.

Interested parties (individual firms or proposed partnerships) shall, as a minimum, be required to demonstrate the following:

• Proven experience in either providing cased hole e-logging services for an international oil company or major operator.

• Demonstrated commitment to statutory National Content requirements for oil and gas operations as detailed in the 2016 Upstream Petroleum Regulations.

• Current registration or application to be registered on the National Supplier Database for the year 2026.

• Proof of being suitably resourced with personnel qualifications and experience in the required services.

• Proof of being good financial solvency to deliver the services required.

• Proof of appropriate Quality, Health, Safety, Social, Security and Environment policies, procedures and processes in compliance with applicable national and industry standards.
