WEAFRI Well Services Uganda Ltd, an oil and gas well service company, operating on the Tilenga project in the Lake Albert region invites reputable and competent suppliers/vendors to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for pre-qualification to provide goods and services for 2026 financial year.

All applicants must clearly indicate their scope of interest and provide complete, compliant documentation. Non-compliant or incomplete submissions will be rejected.

Mandatory Submission Requirements:

1. Official letter of expression of interest clearly stating the scope being applied for.

2. Comprehensive Company profile including, Physical & Email address, Ownership details, Valid training license for training companies etc.

3. National Suppliers Database (NSD) Registration number. Applicants without NSD numbers MUST register with the Petroleum Authority of Uganda (PAU) before engagement.

4. Compliance to National and International laws/standards, including: URA Tax Compliance Certificate, NSSF Compliance, Relevant statutory and industry certifications (HSE, ISO, etc.)
