Job Brief
Are you someone who loves meeting new people and helping them grow?
One of our esteemed clients is looking for a Field Sales & Marketing Executive in Uganda!
Join a leading company that delivers innovative tools and machinery to farmers and businesses. In this role, you’ll make a real impact by promoting smart farming solutions and supporting growth in local communities.
Responsibilities
- Visit farmers, industries, and dealers to talk about our products.
- Show how our machines work and explain how they help.
- Build strong relationships with customers and dealers.
- Collect useful market and competitor information.
- Keep daily records in our system (Odoo CRM).
- Work towards monthly sales goals.
- Attend events, exhibitions, and local fairs to promote our brand.
- Team up with other departments to give customers the best service.
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in field sales (agriculture or generator industry is a plus).
- Friendly and confident speaker with good people skills.
- Comfortable using smartphones and simple mobile apps.
- Knowing Odoo CRM is a plus.
- Ready to travel across cities and villages in Uganda.
- Must be self-motivated and goal-focused.
- Can speak basic English (local languages are a bonus).
