Our Client:

Our client, are seeking a Finance Manager to join their team onsite. The finance manager will lead and control the financial governance, revenue assurance, and statutory compliance of our client's site, ensuring accurate accounting, cash security, embassy fund protection, payroll integrity, and profitability, while supporting strategic business decisions and contract compliance.

The role is accountable for financial integrity, audit readiness, cost control, and zero revenue leakage across our client's operations.

Your Responsibilities:

Leads the financial operations of the Visa Application Centre to ensure accurate revenue recognition, cash control, and financial discipline

Ensures full segregation and protection of Embassy funds and Company revenues in line with contractual and audit requirements.

Oversee daily cash, POS, and bank reconciliations to ensure zero variance and timely settlement.

Manages monthly closing, financial reporting, and management dashboards.

Controls operating costs, vendor payments, and payroll expenses to maintain profitability and budget discipline.

Ensures full compliance with VAT, tax, and statutory reporting requirements.

Achieve 100% accuracy in revenue, cash, and bank reconciliation

Ensure zero financial losses, fraud, or revenue leakage

Ensure 100% compliance with Embassy financial requirements, VAT, and statutory regulations.

Deliver timely and accurate monthly financial reports, MORs, and management accounts.

Maintain budget adherence and cost control across payroll, vendors, and operations.

Support achievement of our client's revenue and profitability targets.

Ensure successful completion of all audits with no major non-conformances.

Leads and coordinates internal, Embassy, and statutory audits.

Supports Country Manager and Operations with financial analysis, forecasting, and decision support.

Achieve 100% accuracy in revenue, cash, and bank reconciliation

Ensure zero financial losses, fraud, or revenue leakage

Ensure 100% compliance with Embassy financial requirements, VAT, and statutory regulations.

Deliver timely and accurate monthly financial reports, MORs, and management accounts.

Maintain budget adherence and cost control across payroll, vendors, and operations.

Ensure successful completion of all audits with no major non-conformances.

Your Qualifications:

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

Professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred

8-12 years in finance and accounting

3–5 years in a managerial role

Experience in cash-intensive, regulated environments (visa services, BPO, banking, government services, or hospitality) preferred

Cash & revenue reconciliation

Financial accounting & reporting

Payroll and staff cost control

VAT & statutory compliance

Audit readiness & financial controls

Analytical and problem-solving skills
