We are hiring a Finance Associate to support various business units engaged in audit, taxation, advisory, and shared services. These roles offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and exposure to diverse financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned unit, responsibilities may include:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Preparing management accounts and financial statements.
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation processes.
  • Assisting with tax compliance, including VAT, PAYE, and income tax filings.
  • Reconciling intercompany transactions and client accounts.
  • Coordinating billing, collections, and engagement profitability tracking.
  • Supporting financial advisory and bookkeeping services for clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA Level 2 or equivalent certification (or progress toward it) is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Office 365 is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
