JOB DETAILS:

Overview
• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
• Analyze financial data and create financial models to support company valuations, assess
• investment opportunities and evaluate business deals
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make
recommendations for improvements
• Work closely with the finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and increase
• productivity by developing/improving automated management reporting / forecasting tools
• Must be excel wizards and power points
• They will need to be able to pull financial and operational reports from all countries and analyse the data – collating it into group level report formats
• Follow on from point 3 KPI dashboard creation so that the CEO and COO can look across all countries from a group level and see a dashboard of key KPIs, figures and trends
• They need to be able to analyse our market identifying trends and patterns and analysis where we stand in relation to those through analysis of our data
• Scenario modelling – help the business to make informed decisions regarding new products and new markets through creating financial models that show us the impact and potential growth of various scenarios being proposed so that we have data driven decisions.

Qualifications – they should be a qualified finance professional who has done a similar role.
• Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc
• reports, tools, and Excel dashboards including group quarterly reporting templates and a
• group dashboard report encompassing data on key performance indicators
• Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comparisons  as required
• Guide the cost analysis process amongst the accounting teams and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain group insurance register; trigger reminders for upcoming renewals, negotiate
• preferential rates, assess additional requirements, and identify opportunities for reduction in premiums.
• Ongoing involvement, guidance and implementation of companies’ annual budget and strategy documents
• Assist in company reorganization and restructuring as and when required
• Assist group companies on tax and regulatory matters particularly in setting up and
• updating transfer pricing policies as well as keeping track of intercompany disclosures in financial statements
• Maintain register of group approval matrices, regularly review and test for compliance  and improvements
• Maintain and regularly update a high-level register of core assets across the group
• To lead and manage the performance of members of an allocated finance team including  recruitment and training
• Liaising with external auditors, regulators and other third parties as necessary
