JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fleet strategy and policies
- Manage fleet acquisition, maintenance, and disposal
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures
- Manage and lead a team of operations staff
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections
- Manage and optimize fleet and operational expenses
- Lead and manage a team of fleet and operations staff
- Develop and implement training and development program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in fleet management and operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Fleet Manager, Certified Operations Manager) a plus
