JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
To oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and/or room service, ensuring high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise waiters, waitresses, and bar staff.
- Manage table reservations and seating.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Monitor service quality and train new F&B staff.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Proven experience in an F&B service role, with supervisory experience.
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
