1. A complete set of bidding document may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to Uganda College of Commerce (UDU) at Uganda College of Commerce Kabale upon submission of evidence of payment of One hundred thousand shillings only (100,000/=) Payable in Stanbic bank, Account No. 9030009659602.
2. Bidders should not apply for more than two items.
3. Applicants must pay for each item they intend to apply for separately.
4. Interested Bidders may obtain bidding document and further information from Procurement and Disposal Unit not later than 2nd October 2026.
5. Late bids shall not be allowed.
6. Three copies of sealed bid clearly marked with item applied for should be addressed to Procurement and Disposal Unit Uganda College of Commerce Kabale P.O Box 405, Kabale.
