Background

We are looking for an Full-Stack Engineer – Customer Support. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who enjoys debugging production issues, supporting users, improving systems based on real customer feedback, and building long-term technical solutions rather than quick fixes.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve customer-reported system and application issues.
  • Debug and fix bugs in live production systems.
  • Build and maintain full-stack web applications and internal tools.
  • Improve system reliability, performance, and usability.
  • Document fixes, processes, and recurring issues.
  • Work closely with Support and Operations teams.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and at least one backend language.
  • Experience with a frontend framework (React, Vue, or similar).
  • Comfortable working with databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
  • Experience debugging and supporting live systems.
  • Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial systems.
  • Familiarity with APIs, system monitoring, and production deployments.
