Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment by carrying out routine cleaning duties and ensuring all assigned areas meet the required cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, workstations, restrooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, furniture, and other surfaces.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other hygiene materials as required.
• Clean windows, doors, and other fixtures to maintain a neat appearance.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are properly stored after use.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Perform any other cleaning and housekeeping duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or equivalent is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is desirable but not mandatory.
