Daniel Perfumes is seeking a General Manager to oversee operations in Uganda.

Responsibilities:

• Managing teams, operations, budgets, and business performance.
• Strategic planning and execution.
• Driving sales and marketing initiatives.
• Ensuring financial health and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
• Master’s degree is a competitive advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management or leadership role.
• Proven experience managing teams, operations, budgets, and business performance.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Experience in FMCG, beauty, retail, or consumer brands is an added advantage.
• Experience working with Multinational companies is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
