Opportunity for Experienced Agribusiness Leaders

PrecisionHR Proprietary Ltd is recruiting a General Manager to lead the establishment, implementation, and growth of a premier grain storage and aggregation business.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a strategic and commercially minded leader with extensive experience in grain operations, post-harvest management, commodity trading, and agribusiness value chains.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years in a senior operational or general management position
• 8 -15 years of experience in grain storage, agro-processing, commodity trading, or related agribusiness operations

The successful candidate will provide leadership across operations, commercial strategy, quality management, stakeholder engagement, and business growth.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
