JOB DETAILS:

Norvik Hospital Ltd invites applications from dynamic, results-driven, and experienced professionals to fill the position of Head, Business Development & Marketing.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing integrated marketing and business development strategies
• Driving OPD/IPD growth, specialty services, and revenue streams
• Building referral networks, corporate, insurance, and strategic partnerships
• Overseeing digital marketing, brand management, and community outreach
• Leading marketing teams and ensuring ethical healthcare marketing practices

Qualifications & Experience:

• MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or Business Administration
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospital marketing and business development
• Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing, digital platforms, and analytics
• Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
