JOB DETAILS:
Job duties:
• Academic leadership & Curriculum development for P.1, P.2 & P.3 classes by providing necessary teacher support & instructional planning.
• Student welfare & performance monitoring to enhance excellence in both academic & co-curricular activities.
• Administrative & Organizational Management to ensure positive staff & parent engagement.
Required qualifications:
• A minimum of a Grade V teachers certificate.
• A good experience in non-conventional teaching methods like research-based & project-based approaches to enhance student-centered learning.
• Leadership experience & innovative qualities to enhance progress in a primary school.
• Experience in managing co-curricula activities will be an added advantage.
