Job Brief
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the ideal candidate will effectively partner with the business leaders to devise a clear Human Resource and Culture strategy aligned with the people strategy.

What you will be doing:
• Structure and lead the HR department to manage the daily operations by guiding and empowering the team members on all aspects of General human resources Develop and implement effective HR policies related to Talent Management, Organizational Development, Employee Retention, Employee Engagement, and Industrial Relations that will help to achieve organizational goals.
• Constantly ensure that the structure of the organization is adequate for evolving business needs.
• Develop engagement initiatives that will promote employee engagement and create a performance-driven culture.
• Analyze Key HR Metrics to understand the workforce dynamics and provide recommendations to the Senior Management for proper managerial decisions.
• Manage the compensation unit and ensure alignment of the compensation model to market trends whilst maintaining a sustainable staff cost.
• Act as a coach and counselor to the Senior Leadership team to build and sustain their people capability.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies, standards, and applicable legal aspects.
• Ensure that all HR policies and initiatives are aligned with the hospital’s corporate HR strategy.

What are we looking for?
• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or any other equivalent qualifications.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Sound and updated knowledge of HR trends and practices
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Leadership capabilities.
• Proactive and ability to work autonomously and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
