JOB DETAILS:
Job Title: Human Resource Manager (5+ years of experience)
Location: Uganda
Reports to: Regional HR Manager
Key experience needed: Should have experience dealing with a large workforce of 200+ employees, Conversant with Uganda Labor Laws, Health and Safety, Disciplinary procedures, Payroll management, Industrial Relations and Training
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
