Background

The Human Resources Officer manages all HR functions to support the organization's workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Selection: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including contracts, attendance, leave, and performance data.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and organizational standards.
  • Payroll Support: Assist in payroll preparation by collating timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant data.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate staff training programs, induction, and continuous professional development initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers on staff evaluations.
  • Separation Management: Manage exit processes, including clearances, final dues calculations, and exit interviews.
  • Staff Welfare: Promote employee well-being and engagement through wellness programs and staff activities.
