JOB DETAILS:
The Evaluation Support Specialists will collaborate with other evaluation team members on the process of evaluating FtF IAM activities and contribute to the development of high-quality, timely deliverables.

Level of Effort Expectations:
This position is expected to have an LOE of 20 days.

Responsibilities:
• Schedule interviews.
• Book appointments with respondents.
• Take notes during interviews.
• Transcribe interviews.
• Contribute to preliminary data analysis.

Deliverables:
The Evaluation Support Specialists are expected to play a contributing role to the following deliverables:
• In-briefing
• Inception report
• Presentation of preliminary findings
• Draft evaluation report
• Final evaluation report

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in evaluation or related field in statistics and social sciences.
• 3-5 years of experience in organizing fieldwork, conducting interviews, transcribing interviews and analyzing data.
• Strong analytical, writing and oral communication skills.
• English is required, and additional fluency in any of Uganda’s local languages preferred.
