1. Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) has allocated funds towards the implementation of the Project for Uganda Seed Value Chain Capacity Building for Key Vegetable Crops (Vegeseed Project).

2. KOICA now invites sealed bids from eligible and competent bidders for the Supply of Field Machinery (Tractor & Disc Plough).

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open International Bidding Method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 (As amended) and KOICA Procurement guidelines, which are accessible to all bidders on the KOICA Uganda Office Website.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information at the address below: KOICA Uganda Office (2nd Floor, Mariba House), Plot 17, Golf Course Road, Kololo, from Monday to Thursday from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm and on Friday from 8.00 am to 11.30 a.m.

5. 6. Deadline for submission of Bid Application form is on Monday, 23rd June 2025 at 4pm.

7. Bid documents will be shared with interested bidders, who will have submitted complete Bid Application forms with attachments, via email on Tuesday, 24th June 2025.

8. Sealed Bids must be delivered before 10:00 a.m. at KOICA Uganda Office on Wednesday, 2nd July 2025, and the representative of bidders must attend the Bid Opening at the same venue from 10:00 a.m.
