a) Academic Qualifications
- Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology & Computing, Computer Information Systems & Administration, Business Information Systems, System Administration, or Software Engineering/System Design & Analysis

Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer web, networks, systems and databases
- Manage and maintain LAN/WAN to standards
- Provide routine user support on LAN/WAN and other IT issues
- Plan and deliver staff IT trainings
- Requisition and deploy appropriate technologies
- Monitor data/voice communication facilities
- Propose and implement network improvements
- Develop and maintain the organization website
- Provide general user support
