JOB DETAILS:

COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), infield Flow Lines, water intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc. If you are an experienced professional who possesses major project experience gained with an oil and gas operator or top tier contractors, then we are looking for YOU!

Job Description
• Responsible for building and managing visual smart EPC project management platforms.
• Familiar with EPC project management, include design, acquisition, construction, and commissioning.
• Be responsible for network architecture design of VSP, cloud server scheme preparation, connection scheme between demilitarized zone and Intranet server, firewall scheme, etc.
• Familiar with CNOOC cloud server technology, familiar with the approval, commissioning and maintenance process of server, responsible for network security and data security during project operation.
• Be responsible for system maintenance, information registration, troubleshooting, network acceleration and data issues in China Tianjin office and Uganda Kampala and Kingfisher oil field.
• Track the process and data of design, planning, cost, acquisition, logistics, construction, hand-over throughout the EPC phase to provide decision-making for the senior management.
• Responsible for data interaction with the CNOOC Uganda’s EDIS system and troubleshooting in the interaction process, responsible for digital delivery in the later stage of the project.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical engineering and the automatization specialty
• At least 10 years of petroleum engineering experience
• Master oil field facilities installation and related business knowledge.
• Instrumentation and automation knowledge in offshore oil engineering.
• Master intelligent oil & gas field, digital oil & gas field and related business knowledge and master Information security, network security, network architecture.
