JOB DETAILS:

TO DEVELOP A MARKETING STRATEGY FOR CERTIFIED MAIZE FLOUR FOR MANYA MILLERS LTD.

Role's Purpose:
DAI seeks an independent consultant will work with Manya millers to develop and implement market entry strategies that will enable Manya millers to identify and build relationships with quality conscious markets like supermarkets, education and military institutions, and export markets. The consultant will employ proven marketing theories or models to help Manya millers understand the main competitive forces in the certified flour markets. The consultant will also support the miller to pinpoint areas where the enterprise can adjust its strategy to improve profitability among other key business-related functions and use the Gender Contribution Analysis tools that will examine the extent to which youth and women are included in the marketing activities.
DAI seeks an independent consultant will support the miller to work with the supply chain structures to establish and test performance-based incentive frameworks that motivate and build supplier loyalty and is mutually beneficial.
