Ipsos is hiring Interviewers/Data Collectors responsible for collecting accurate, high-quality data from respondents through face-to-face, telephone, or online interviews. Your role is critical in ensuring research findings truly represent the voices and experiences of the target population.

Education & Skill Requirements

  • Minimum of Certificate/Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and any local language.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured interviews with respondents according to project requirements and timelines.
  • Administer questionnaires accurately and without bias, in compliance with Ipsos quality standards.
  • Record responses clearly using provided data collection tools (tablets or mobile devices).
  • Approach respondents professionally and explain the purpose of the interview.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines for market and social research.
  • Achieve daily/weekly targets as assigned by the Field Supervisor.

Experience

  • CAPI data collection through any platform.
  • Conducting social research/health research.

Language Proficiency
We are seeking candidates proficient in speaking the following languages:

  • Lugisu
  • Japadhola
  • Runyoro
  • Lusoga
  • An’karamojong
  • Lukonzo
  • Lugbara
  • Luganda
  • Sabiny
  • Lugwere
  • Samia
  • Ateso
  • Langi
  • Rukiga
  • Runyankole
