JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking experienced Investment Readiness Experts to provide investment readiness support to 50 pre-selected companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing investment readiness reports, customized financial strategies and plans, financial models, investor documentation, and comprehensive financial analysis reports. They will also be responsible for increasing investor interest and securing funding for the companies, as well as ensuring high client satisfaction rates.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of the pre-selected companies, identifying areas of strength and improvement in their financial statements and financial data.
• Develop customized financial strategies and plans for each of the pre-selected companies, aligned with their overall goals and objectives, including data-driven financial assumptions and risk management strategies.
• Create customized financial models for each of the pre-selected companies, reflecting their financial assumptions and supporting their financial strategies, including accurate financial projections and planning for the future.
• Produce effective investor documentation for each of the pre-selected companies, highlighting their financial strategy, assumptions, and business model to potential investors.
• Increase investor interest for the pre-selected companies within the first 4 months, including new connections with potential investors and securing funding for their business operations.
• Increase the total amount of investment for the pre-selected companies within the first 4 months, providing them with the necessary funding to grow and expand their business operations.
• Ensure high client satisfaction rates of at least 90% for all services provided to the 50 companies within the first 4 months, demonstrating the effectiveness and value of the investment readiness support provided by the project team.
• Collaborate with the project team and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in investment readiness support, financial analysis, and financial planning.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
• Experience in creating financial models and projections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with investment trends and opportunities in the relevant industry.
• Experience in working with investors and securing funding for companies.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
