Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open Domestic
Bidding Procedures contained in the PPDA ACT (2003), and is open to all bidders

The bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000. The method of payment will be by bank to Mpigi District General Fund Collection Account No 9030005921707 at STANBIC Bank Branches. The document will be availed to you upon presentation of a receipt from the cash office to the Procurement and Disposal
Unit. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

Submissions must be delivered to the address below at or before Wednesday. 02nd August 2023 at 12:00pm. Late submissions shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend on Wednesday. 02nd August 2023,2:00pm

Documents may be inspected purchased and submitted, at the Address given below: The Head Procurement and Disposal Unit, Mpigi District Local Government P.O. Box 172, Address of bid opening: Mpigi District Head Quarters, Main Hall E-mail: headpd@mpigi.go.ug Interested bidders are advised to send their active registered e-mails to Head Procurement and Disposal Unit Mpigi via e-mail address headpdumpigi.go.ug for document inspection However physical delivery/submission of bids by bidders shall be encouraged
