2. St. Paul's Comprehensive SS, Kapchesombe now invites sealed bids from competent firms for the above works.

CATEGORY A. WORKS:

1. Construction of science laboratory at St. Paul's SS, Kapchesombe East Division, Kapchorwa Municipal Council, SPCK3468/WRKS/25-29/00001

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Request for Quotation Method procedures contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003. Bidding is open to all interested bidders.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from St. Paul's Comprehensive SS, Kapchesombe and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(3) from a Quarter 5.00pm Monday Friday.

4. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the Submission of a written application to the address below at 7(0) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ushs103, 000/-10ne hundred three thousand only. The method of payment will be through deposit on school account number, 9030005688883 at Stanbic Bank. The document may be sent by hand or mail. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

5. Bids must be delivered to the address indicated below under 7(c) at or before Monday 1st December, 2025, At 11.00am

6. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(d) on Monday 1st December, 2025, At 11.30am
