THE UGANDA PROTESTANT MEDICAL BUREAU KAMPALA, UGANDA
INVITATION FOR BIDS
Uganda Protestant Medical Bureau is seeking expressions of interest from potential bidders for the motor vehicle Ford Ranger T6 Double Cabin Pick up Registration number UAV 794D manual transmission ocean blue in color.
Procedure for the sale
The vehicle is to be sold as it is. Interested individuals should place their sealed bids by 21/02/2024 between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
At the closing time and date, the responses will be opened at the UPMB offices in the presence of the administration manager, the admin officer, and the Finance manager. The responses will be date-stamped and recorded for analysis.
The Organization is not obliged to accept the highest bid or any bid.
Advice to the bidder may be verbal or written.
All parties expressing interest may arrange a site visit and obtain necessary additional information from the Administration Officer who can be reached on telephone no. 020092717/ 0753427009 on working days between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
Successful bidders shall be notified and required to pay 10% of their bid price within 24 hours of notification and balance within 48 hours.
Expression of interest must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked BID ITEM and submitted to UPMB with a fee of 50,000/= non-refundable. All bidders should include their daytime contacts and active email addresses. Bids can be submitted on working days only between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
