INVITATION FOR CONSULTANCY TO CONDUCT AN ANALYSIS ON UTILIZATION OF CAPITATION GRANT IN TARGETED UNIVERSAL PRIMARY EDUCATION (UPE) SCHOOLS.
Transparency International Uganda (TIU) with support from USAID Civil Society Strengthening Activity is implementing a project titled "Strengthening Citizen's Engagement in Service Delivery in the Education sector" in Lira district. TIU will be undertaking a consultancy on utilization of capitation grant in targeted UPE schools in Lira district.
