INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR PROVISION OF SUPPLIES, SERVICES AND WORKS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2026/2027, 2027/2028, & 2028/2029

National Council of Sports [NCS] is in the process of pre-qualifying competent providers for FY. 2026/2027, 2027/2028, and 2028/2029 and accordingly.
NCS invites competent firms / companies to apply for pre-qualification to provide supplies, services and works for the above financial years.

1. PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR PROVISION OF SUPPLIES, SERVICES & WORKS HERE UNDER

CATEGORY 'A' – SUPPLIES

CATEGORY 'B' – SERVICES

CATEGORY 'C' – WORKS

Terms and Conditions

1. Pre-qualification submissions of Interest will be evaluated in accordance with the PPDA procurement Guidelines.

2. The pre-qualification bidding document is in English and can be obtained from the NCS Headquarters plot 2-10 Coronation Avenue between 9:00am and 4:55pm on working days, starting on Monday 22nd June, 2026 by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon deposit of a non-refundable fee of 50,000/= (Fifty Thousand Shillings only) at any bank having generated a PRN through the Uganda revenue authority portal. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

3. Bidders are required to indicate the specific items they are bidding for on the bidding document and submit in one original and two copies.

4. Bidders should clearly indicate official emails of the company, Names of Directors and their contact details and close representatives of the company for day-to-day operations. (This information should be put on a separate sheet in the bidding document.)

5. Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes clearly labeled.

6. Sealed bids must be submitted not later than 7th July, 2026 by 11:00am.

7. Bids Opening will be on Tuesday, 7th July, 2026 at 11:30am NCS Lugogo Sports Complex, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend.

NB: - Late Submissions of bids will be rejected.

• All existing suppliers are expected to re-apply if they are still interested in providing the listed services.
