INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR THE SUPPLY OF GOODS AND SERVICES
Jinja Area Communities Federation (JIACOFE) is a Local Non- Government Organization established in 2004 to promote interventions that address adversities affecting children and youth in all life stages of growth and development. Currently, JIACOFE operates in the Districts of Jinja, Kamuli and Mayuge. With support and funding from ChildFund International, JIACOFE works to achieve her objectives for the welbeing of children in the areas of early childhood development, Education, primary health care, HIV and AIDS, child protection and family livelihoods support, youth empowerment and capacity building.
The organization is in the process of pre-qualifying its service providers for the financial years; FY2023/2024 to FY 2027/2028.
Sports/games equipment for (ECD and youth)
Farm inputs, birds & livestock (heifers, boars, oxen, pigs, birds, improved seeds, goats)
CATEGORY A: COMPUTER, PRINTER, AND PHOTOCOPIER MAINTENANCE AND ACCESSORIES
• Computer servicing, repair, and maintenance
• Photocopier servicing, repair, and maintenance (HP & RICO)
• Supply of Computers and accessories (Laptops and desktops)
• Printer cartridges (Various) photocopier tonner
CATEGORY B: VEHICLE, MOTORCYCLE & GENERATOR
• Vehicle repair, maintenance, and servicing
• Generator service and maintenance
• Carwash
• Motorcycle servicing and repair
• Supply of tyres.
Applications from CREDIBLE and COMPETENT firms/Individuals for the prequalification exercise as described below are invited at a non-refundable fee of 50,000 Shillinge only. CATEGORY A:

• Engraving Branding
CATEGORY C: GENERAL SUPPLIES
• Stationery (assorted).
• Office consumables and refreshments.
• Furniture (school desks chairs, tables, and shelves, filing cabins, exc).
Water tanks (plastic) General hardware
Janitorial supplies (assorted detergents)
Cavehicle hire.

2. TIN certificate.
3. Registration Certificate/Certificate of Incorporation.
