• Uganda National Oil Company Limited (UNOC) intends to prequalify providers for provision of Supplies, Services and Works for three financial years (2023-2024, 2024-2025 & 2025-2026). The prequalified providers will be invited from time to time to bid for procurement requirements.
• Uganda National Oil Company Limited (UNOC) now invites suitably qualified bidders to submit Prequalification submissions for provision of Supplies, Services and Works.
• The Prequalification document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the email address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx: 100,000 (Uganda Shillings: One hundred thousand only). Interested bidders must send an application letter and payment confirmation/receipt to: pl.unoc@unoc.co.ug to obtain the Prequalification document. Payment will be by deposit to the Uganda National Oil Company Limited Account: Stanbic Bank Uganda Limited, Corporate Branch, Crested Towers on A/C No. 9030011896005.
• Prequalification Bids shall be submitted using the online portal at or before 10:00am on Friday 21st July 2023. The Prequalification submission link is provided in the Prequalification document. No hardcopy submissions shall be accepted.
The Prequalification documents can be inspected and shall be issued using email. The address of the Procuring and Disposing Entity is indicated below:
