Pre-qualification submissions must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:30 am on 4th September 2023 (Standard East African Time). Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives, who choose to attend (optional) at the address below at 12:00 noon on 4th September 2023 (Standard East African Time).
The Prequalification document can be inspected and shall be issued using e-mail. The address of the Procuring and Disposing Entity is indicated below:
