INVITATION OF BIDS
Bombo senior secondary school is inviting bidders for supply of goods and services under frame works contract arrangement and prequalification of potential service providers for a period of 3 years 2024/2025 & 2026.
Bombo senior secondary school now invites applications from eligible firms for supply and provision of goods and services under frame work arrangement and prequalification.
The following are lists of goods and services required for firms to be prequalified.
List of services to be provided include but not restricted to the following.
1. Supply of office stationery paper (photocopying, ruled, etc)
2. Supply and maintenance of office equipment e.g. fax machine, photocopies, scanner, projector, communication systems, etc.
3. Supply and maintenance of computers, UPS, and printers.
4. Supply of printers and photocopiers cartridge.
5. Repair and maintenance of motor vehicles and motor cycles.
6. Servicing of motor vehicles and motor cycles.
7. Supply and maintenance of office fumiture and equipments local and imported.
8. Supply of tyres, batteries, etc.
9. Electrical maintenance services.
10. Small civil works services e.g. general renovations, painting, plumbing services etc.
11. Printing services Designing and printing books, posters. Printing of banners, T-shirts, caps, etc
12. Photocopying and secretarial services
13. Fumigation services
14. Supply and maintenance of generators and solar systems and accessories.
15. Carpentry, building and tools
16. Health services and medical faculties
17. Food items
18. Health and sanitation services and products.
19. Construction materials
20. Building services.
21. Welding and fabrication services.
22. Toilet empting services
23. Supply of laboratory equipment and materials
24. Supply of school uniforms
A complete set of prequalification documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on request from the address below upon payment of a non refundable fee of 100000 per supply or services School to equity bank account no. 1011200778642 and works shown above to Bombo Senior Secondary whose paying in slip must be presented to the office of the bursar for issuance of a receipt.
