Bids are invited from competent firms, companies for pre-qualification to Mayude District Local Government for the financial year 2026/2027. The pre-qualification will be conducted in accordance with public procurement and disposal of public assets act, 2003 and open to all competent bidders.

LOT A: WORKS

1. General Construction of buildings

2. Renovation and maintenance of buildings

3. Construction of concrete VIP pit latrines

4. Borehole siting, drilling and installation of deep boreholes

5. Rehabilitation of deep boreholes

LOT B: SUPPLIES

1. Supply of School Furniture

2. Supply of Agricultural inputs

3. Supply of Veterinary inputs

4. Supply of Entomology inputs

5. Supply of office furniture

6. Supply and installation of micro scale irrigation systems

LOT C: SERVICE

1. Hire of road equipment's (low bed)

2. Provision of legal services

LOT D: FRAME WORK CONTRACTS

1. Repair, maintenance and servicing of motor vehicles, grader, motorcycles, boats and generators

2. Supply of cutters

3. Supply of road construction materials

4. Supply of fuel, oil and lubricants

LOT E: FRAME WORK CONTRACTS RESERVED FOR SPECIAL INTEREST GROUPS (WOMEN, YOUTH AND PWDs)

1. Supply of general stationery

LOT F: REVENUE COLLECTION CENTRES

A list detailing the revenue collection centers and their reserve prices can be viewed from the procurement notice board.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE TENDER

1. Applicants are required to pay nonrefundable fee as follows:

   • LOT A, B, C, D, E & F 100,000=

2. Applicants are required to liaise with the District cashier to generate PRNs through the IRAS for Payment of non-refundable fee and thereafter proceed to the Procurement and Disposal Unit for the bid document.

3. Applicants are required to provide a valid trading license.

4. Each item should be bid for separately with a separate general receipt.

5. Applications must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marking the subject and addressed to the Head Procurement and Disposal Unit, Mayude District Local Government P.O BOX 1317 - MAYUDE.

6. Bid submission should not be later than 29th /07/2026 and thereafter bid opening shall take place in the District Council Hall at 12:00 noon in presence of all bidders or their representative who wish to attend.
