- Price lists/charges and quotations
- Bidders can apply for more than one item but each item should be applied for as a separate bid.
- Interested bidders may obtain bid documents from BMCT office at Bwindi Trust House Kabale or Bwindi Trust House plot 1 Katalima Crescent, Naguru, Kampala after presentation of an application and payment slip of non-refundable fee of Ugx 50,000(Fifty thousand shillings). The tender document must be indicated in a sealed envelope clearly written on tender for or pre-qualification for ---
- The application should be addressed to the procurement and Disposal unit Bwindi Mghinga Conservation Trust not later than 11th September, 2026
- The bid documents can also be downloaded from www.bwinditrust.org
- All payments must be made in the name of Bwindi Mghinga Conservation Trust (UGX), Account number 9030005620731 at any Stambic Bank Branch
NB. Late bids shall be rejected and BMCT reserves the right to accept or reject any application
