NOTE: Each item must be applied for separately. Submission of Interest will be evaluated in accordance with Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Asset Act of 2023(as amended). This notice is open to all eligible bidders/firms. Interested Bidders may obtain information from Maryhill High School and inspect the Bidding Document at the address below:

A complete set of Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a Non-refundable fee of Ugx.100,000/= (One hundred thousand shillings only) payable to the Bursar's Office Maryhill High School, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm during working days.

Sealed Bids must be submitted in three copies. (one) original and 2(two) photocopies) delivered to the Head of Procurement and Disposal Unit, Maryhill High School P.O.Box 380, Mbarara, not later than 28th September 2026 at 10:00am, thereafter Bids will be opened at 11:00am in the School Golden Jubilee Building in the presence of Bidders' Representatives who may wish to attend.
NOTE: LATE BIDS SHALL BE REJECTED.
