All items must be bided for separately as per the reference numbers with a separate general receipt.
A complete set of Bidding document will be obtained from the Procurement and Disposal Unit at Kapelebyong District Local Government upon presentation of the general receipt for non-refundable fee as specified.
Bidding fee is 102.500/- for all categories under open bidding and 82.500/- for Revenue sources and prequalification. The District Cashier will issue you with a general receipt upon presentation of evidence of payment
Note: All bids MUST be accompanied with the necessary documents as may be specified in the bidding documents
Sealed Bids clearly labeled should be addressed to Secretary Contracts Committee Kapelebyong District LG and must be submitted by 17/08/2023 at 12:00pm and
thereafter shall be opened in the presence of bidders who may choose to attend.
Late submission shall be rejected.
