The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Representation in Kampala, Uganda, invites registered, reputable and qualified suppliers to submit firm offers for the below tenders:

Eligible and qualified suppliers duly registered with the relevant government authorities in Uganda, with solid financial standing and proven relevant experience in meeting UNHCR requirements, are invited to participate in these tenders.

Bid documents will be accessed through your UNHCR Supplier Account. Registered suppliers can log in via https://supplier-portal.unhcr.org to access the tender documents and submit their bids.

If you do not have a UNHCR Supplier Account, please visit https://www.unhcr.org/how-become-supplier for guidance on the registration process. Click on “Supplier Registration Portal” to create your account and become a registered UNHCR supplier.

The respective deadlines for bid submission are 18th June 2026 and 22nd June 2026 at 17:00 Hrs EAT, as specified under each tender. Bids received after the specified closing date and time indicated in this advertisement will not be accepted.

UNHCR reserves the right to accept, reject or postpone any bid at its discretion. UNHCR further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, amend the bid timelines, or cancel the tender process without prior notice.

UNHCR tender documents are provided free of charge. No payment is required to access or obtain the documents, and applicants are advised not to make any payments in this regard.
