1. The Government of Uganda represented by Ministry of Education and Sports - Gulu School of Clinical Officers (Gulu College of Health Sciences) has allocated/received funds to be used for the acquisition of a 30-seater Coaster bus.

2. The entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply of a 30-seater coaster Bus.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding; a procedure contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act. Cap 205 as amended and is open to all eligible bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding Documents at the address given below at 8(a) from $0.00m to $0.00pm on working days.

5. The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by the interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address at 8(a) upon payment of non-refundable fee of UOX.

6. 300,000 (Three hundred thousand shillings only). Payment will be done by depositing to Gulu School of Clinical Officers. Account number 903006241211 at any Stantick Bank Gulu Branch. Bidders shall then submit the deposit slips to Gulu School of Clinical Officers.

7. There shall not be a pre- bid meeting /site visit at N/A on the dates indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice.

8. Bidding document may be inspected at, issued from and delivered to the address given below:
