INVITATION TO BID UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING.
Kabarole District Local Government has allocated funds within its budget for the financial year 2023-2024, for design and construction of Buhere water supply system in Kiwembe Sub County. The scope of work is comprised of execution of the detailed feasibility study, Topographic surveying of the supply area, Engineering drawings and construction of water supply system under the design and build arrangement
(5) Framework Contract for transportation and management of medical garbage waste to disposal points
The entity therefore invites sealed bids from competent eligible and interested and companies to bid for the above mentioned project Bidding will be conducted in accordance with open national bidding procedures contained in the Local Government Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assels (Regulations 2006) and is open to all bidders
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below in 8(e) from 13 October 2023 to 3 November 2023 from 08:30 AM-05:00 PM Mondays to Fridays during working days
Bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address at 8b) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX:50,000 (Uganda shillings fifty thousand shillings only) on Kabarole District General Collection Fund A/C No. 1300043032 HOUSING FINANCE BANK FORT PORTAL BRANCH PORTAL and thereafter you will be issued a receipt from the District cash office
Payment shall be by generating URA PAYMENT REFERENCE NUMBER using the RAS system
Bids must be physically delivered to the address at 8(c) at or before 3 November 2023 at 12:00 Noon Local time. Bids must be accompanied by bid securities in amounts stated above inform of bank draft/bank guarantee from local commercial banks of UGX: 4,872,940. Late bide shall be rejected, thereafter received bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address given at 8 (d) on 3 November 2023 et 12:00 Noon local time on
There shall be a pre bid/site visit meeting on the 27 October 2023, et 10:00 AM local time, at the District Headquarters-Kumbe
