Serere District Local Government invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the under listed Procurements.
INVITATION TO BID UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING FINANCIAL YEAR 2023-2024
1. Sere927/Wrks/2023-2024/00002: Phase 11 Construction of a Mini Solar Water Supply & Sanitation Scheme at Pingire RGC-(Bid Security - Ugx: 3,000,000)
2. Re-advertised Sere927/Wrks/2023-2024/00007: Section 11 Low Cost Sealing of Serere Upper Shops to Akoboi Health Centre 11 Road 0.65km-(Bid Security - Ugx: 5,280,000)
Any clarifications can be obtained from Procurement and Disposal Unit Offices during working hours; Bidding documents shall be inspected, issued and delivered at/to Procurement and Disposal Unit.
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application & upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx 102,500/= The method of payment will be by bank to Serere District Local Government General Fund Account, DFCU Bank, Account Number 01983501000939, Soroti Branch & the slip presented to the cashier for issuance of a receipt or through IRAS System at the District Headquarters.
The document will be sent by hand, no liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery, Deadline for bid submission is Friday 5 January 2024, 11:30 am & bids opened at 11:40 am same date.
