INVITATION TO BID UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING
The Uganda Heart Institute has allocated funds to be used for the Supply. Delivery, Installation and Commissioning a Perioperative Echocardiogram Machine (for TEE in Theatre) S/NO.

SUBJECT OF PROCUREMENT
Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning a Perioperative Echocardiogram Machine (for TEE in Theatre)
Bid Security 8,200,000
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders from for the provision of the above supplies.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Open Domestic Bidding method contained in Assets Act, 2003, and is open to only local Providers from Uganda as per the PPDA guidelines 2/2017 issued on 10th March, 2017.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Shillings Only). The method of payment will be through the Uganda Heart Institute's Account Section on Block C Ward 2C New Mulago.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 11:00am on 22nd December 2023. All bids must be accompanied by bid security valid until 22nd April 2024, late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the prescence of the bidders' representatives who may choose to attend at the address below 8 (d) at 11:30am, 22nd December 2023.
There shall not be a pre-bid meeting.
